PRE-ORDER PROCESS:
All pre-orders are classified as a custom made goods as we would not have ordered them if you had not purchased them, as such some items are non-returnable. This does not exclude your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL) as you may still have warranties or guarantees on the products description, fit for purpose and quality. For more information on this please refer to the Australian Consumer Law rights of a consumer.
At the time of purchase you were aware the product was a pre-order, there was a wait on the product and you agreed to the terms set out on this Website.
You have viewed the product online and accept the sizing, color.
You are aware of the total costs.
The approximate lead times are between 3 -6 weeks*
Delivery & Assembly could be subject to additional costs depending on the product.
All pre-orders are classified as custom orders and as such you will forfeit all or part of you money if you choose to cancel your order.
Pre-orders can take between 3-6 weeks to arrive in our ports and could be held for longer periods for Australian custom clearances, inclement weather, strikes and other issues that may arise which are out of our control.
Pre-orders can be carried out on our website or in store.
By paying all of the order, the customer agrees to accept the Terms and Conditions set out on this page and other relevant T&Cs pages.
The customer is aware that they are receiving a discount to accept part or all of the of the risk in the purchase.
Pre-orders cannot be cancelled without forfeiting their payment.
When the pre-order is accepted and ordered, the customer is liable to lose any monies paid.
PRE-ORDER POLICY FAQ:
Are there any differences between "Pre-ordered" products and "Buy Now" products?
Absolutely not, they are identical in every way except "Buy Now" products are shipped within 2 days.
Can I cancel a Pre-Order?
Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled due to the fact that we have already ordered the item from the factory especially for you.
How long will the shipment take?
Pre-ordered items are expected to be delivered 3-6 weeks from the date of purchase.
Please note with pre-ordering we are only able to advise of the expected arrival date into Australia. The date the goods arrive at our warehouse for dispatch to you, is dependent on many factors, such as the time taken to get the raw materials to the factory, passing our quality control inspection, clearing customs etc. As a result, delays can occur.
General Postal and Handling:
We ship just about everywhere! All order will be dispatched within 5 business days of purchase. While I always aim to push these orders out quickly it is just me. I'm a mum first and a business owner second. All shipping is via Australia Post - and we get it, no one wants to hear it but Covid-19 is still messing with us, and that's never been more evident that in shipping delays. You'll notice that Express shipping isn't offered, and that's because in the past some express parcels were taking longer than standard post (Thanks Covid). RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy last for only 14 days from when your order was either placed or delivered . If 14 days have passed , unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return , you item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it . It must also be in the original packaging. CHANGE OF MIND : If your order has NOT yet been shipped out and you have changed your mind, your order (or Particular items) can be cancelled and refunded excluding a 10% restocking fee. If you are returning your order for change of mind or you purchased the incorrect size , a refund can be provided excluding a 10% restocking fee and any shipping costs. Exchanges are usually not possible as most of our stock is made to order and we do not carry spares. FAULTY ITEMS: For faulty items , please send an email , with photos or videos within 14 days of receiving the product , with details of the fault. Of course, Bro Ya Fishing is bound by relevant legislation under the Trade Practices Act (1974). These guidelines are for the protection of your customer rights. Our terms do not override the provisions given by the Trade Practices Act (1974).
